These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Easyhour website (geteasyhour.com) and the Easyhour mobile application (the “App”). By using Easyhour, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be 21+,

  • Live in a region where cannabis is legal, and

  • Use the App only for personal, lawful purposes.

2. What Easyhour Provides

Easyhour offers tools to log, track, and reflect on your cannabis experiences.

We do not:

  • Sell cannabis

  • Provide medical, legal, or health advice

  • Guarantee accuracy of strain effects or user-generated content

All content is informational only.

3. Your Content

You own the content you create (entries, notes, favorites).

By using Easyhour, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Easyhour to promote illegal activity

  • Upload harmful, abusive, or infringing content

  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App

  • Impersonate other users or misuse our email channels

5. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your password secure

  • Maintaining control of your device

  • Notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms.

6. Disclaimers

Easyhour is provided “as is” without warranties.

We do not guarantee:

  • App availability

  • Accuracy of effects, notes, or third-party info

  • That the App will meet your expectations or be error-free

Cannabis affects everyone differently.

Consult a medical professional if you have health concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easyhour is not liable for:

  • Damages arising from App usage

  • Data loss

  • Third-party issues

  • User-generated content

Your maximum remedy is discontinuing use of the App.

8. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update features, modify App behavior, or revise these Terms at any time.

We will notify users of major changes via email or in-app prompts.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State (U.S.), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
